ADHD-NeuroAtypical-Anxiety

I offer ADHD and neurodivergent (ND) parenting support, couples communication work, premarital counseling, and support for professionals managing stress and burnout.

Therapeutic approaches and tools may include:
CBT, expressive arts therapy, Gottman Method, person-centered therapy, mindfulness/meditation, emotional intelligence skills, psychoeducation, positive psychology, Love Languages, social skills, grief work & postive parenting.

Together, we can uncover your innate wisdom, gently detach from limiting beliefs, and find healing from unresolved pain. I offer specialized support for parents of neurodiverse children and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with parenting in this context.
